Thanks to the completely new concept of Condens condensing technology, the Pellematic Condens is the world's first pellet condensing boiler that can be integrated into any heat supply system. There is no need for a buffer cylinder either.

Its compact design, a small footprint the same size as that of a refrigerator and the intelligent, flexible arrangement of all connections make it adaptable to any boiler room.

Condensing technology means that the residual heat contained in the flue gases from pellet combustion is also harnessed.

Heating systems with condensing technology therefore utilise almost all the energy contained in the exhaust gases from pellets. This additional benefit of approx. 16.3% with pellets is simultaneously the energy saving made possible by condensing technology. This allows condensing boilers like the Pellematic Condens to achieve efficiency levels of up to 107.3%*.

Better combustion

The unique combustion technology developed by ÖkoFEN enables highly efficient combustion with low emissions, thanks to its three main components: the multi-segment burner plate, the combustion chamber sensor and the vacuum gauge.

Condensing technology

Revolutionary condensing technology lies at the heart of the Pellematic Condens. Boilers with condensing technology require fewer pellets, saving up to 15% in heating costs.

Can be equipped with stirling engine

The Pellematic Condens can also be equipped with the eReady package for retrofitting a Stirling engine. 600 Watt electrical and 9 kW thermal power (13 kW peak load) are ideal for single-family homes. They can generate electricity and heat all year round from pellets themselves.

Extremely compact

With dimensions of only 72 x 73 cm, the Pellematic Condens is one of the most compact pellet boilers on the market. In combination with an intelligent arrangement of all connections, the Pellematic Condens fits into virtually every boiler room.

Record Efficiency

Even higher efficiency. The latest generation of condensing technology makes it possible. However, the Pellematic Condens also achieves an absolutely first-class 98.7% in conventional calorific-value mode.

Clean technology

With our new ZeroFlame® technology, we put an end to the much-discussed issue of particle or dust emissions. Due to the specially designed air flow, the flame almost completely disappears. Due to this the particulate emissions are reduced to a minimum that is hardly measurable. All that remains is: heat and clean exhaust air! ZeroFlame^® will be available from spring/summer 2021 for the Pellematic Condens series from 10-14 kW.
